Frederick & Son Knife & Slicer Company is a fifth generation family owned business since 1908. We have been servicing restaurants, supermarkets, and meat processors as well as professional chefs and households with sharp knives and related items all over the tri-state area.
Our weekly knife exchange/rental service is very inexpensive and reliable. We service and repair slicing machines, mixers, grinders, band saws, and food cutters with an extensive supply of parts in inventory. We carry a large assortment of butcher, restaurant supplies and a full line of quality cutlery at our store in New Jersey.
